Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin (SHF) will be CLOSED Monday, May 27th in observance of Memorial Day.
The SHF offices & distribution center will be closed Monday, May 27th.
No pickups Monday, May 27th:
• If your agency has a pickup order from the distribution center that would fall on this day – May 27th – you will need to reschedule to a different date through Agency Express via “Scheduler.”
No deliveries Monday, May 27th:
• If your agency has a delivery schedule that would fall on this day – May 27th – you will need to reschedule or cancel your order.
• Contact your Community Rep to request an alternative delivery date, or further discuss options. Date change requests need to be made as soon as possible, but no later than one week in advance to the new approved delivery date.
Order Deadlines due to closure:
• Orders must be received 3 business days PRIOR to your pick-up or delivery date. Monday, May 27, does not count as a business day. Reminder, you can start your order 8 calendar days in advance. Remember to SUBMIT your cart, and you can then edit later via “Order Options” –> “Order Management” PRIOR to the order deadline.
• Reminder – you can start your order 8 calendar days in advance (ex. May 28th opens May 20th)
To receive your order on…(place your order by…):
• Tuesday, May 28th -> Submit Wednesday, May 22nd @3pm
• Wednesday, May 29th -> Submit Thursday, May 23rd @3pm
• Thursday, May 30th -> Submit Friday, Friday, May 24th @3pm
• Friday, May 31st -> Submit Tuesday, May 28 @3pm (resuming normal ordering cadence)
